Job summary

RXO, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst, Operations in Ann Arbor to drive strategic initiatives across Intermodal and Drayage. You will partner with Operations, Sales, Pricing, Capacity, Customer Experience, Technology, and external carriers to improve processes and profitability.

You will develop project plans, analyze data, and lead cross-functional teams through onboarding, process enhancements, and network optimization for measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in transportation, logistics, or related ops.
• Project management experience with planning and stakeholder management.
• Experience analyzing operational processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects across Intermodal and Drayage operations, aligned with business objectives.
• Create and maintain project plans with critical paths, milestones, resources, and risk mitigation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, service enhancements, and network optimization.
• Drive onboarding initiatives, technology enhancements, and continuous improvement projects.
• Analyze operational data and performance metrics to improve efficiency and service.
• Collaborate with rail providers, drayage carriers, terminals, and internal teams to ensure project success.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and report progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Develop and deliver presentations, business cases, and customer-facing materials.
• Monitor project performance against key operational and financial objectives.
• Support network expansion, service offerings, and standardization efforts.
• Provide leadership to project teams and foster collaboration.
