RXO is seeking a Senior Analyst, Operations in Memphis to drive strategic initiatives across Intermodal and Drayage. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service, productivity, and profitability.

The role requires building project plans, tracking milestones, and presenting business cases to stakeholders, while identifying opportunities for process improvements and network optimization. Up to 25% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related analytical field.
• 2+ years in transportation, logistics, supply chain, intermodal, drayage, or freight operations.
• Project management experience including planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Focus on strategic projects across Intermodal and Drayage operations aligned with goals.
• Create and maintain project plans with milestones and resource needs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
• Lead customer onboarding initiatives, tech enhancements, and continuous improvement projects.
• Analyze data and market trends to drive efficiency and service improvements.
