Job summary

FIASCO ENTERPRISES LLC is seeking a customer service dispatch representative in Carson, CA to support our Intermodal division. You will handle drayage orders, maintain data accuracy, and provide timely, professional service to internal and external customers.

The role requires 1–2 years of dispatching experience, familiarity with port operations, and excellent communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. On-site position with a focus on reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle drayage needs with timely execution of import/export work orders.
• Accurate data entry and confirmation of port, rail, and customer work orders.
• Provide professional customer service via phone and email, including quotes and order maintenance.
• Perform clerical duties such as answering calls, emails, photocopying, printing, and filing.
• Maintain and safeguard customer data; track and trace freight when needed.
• Coordinate with dispatch to ensure on-time delivery and adequate asset utilization.
