Eagle Systems Inc. in North Charleston, SC is seeking an organized dispatch and support professional to join our intermodal drayage trucking team. You will handle order entry, driver paperwork, scheduling with the dispatcher, and billing support while ensuring compliance and safety paperwork.

The role requires strong customer service, exceptional communication, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Hours are Monday through Friday in-office with comprehensive benefits and opportunities

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ports and railroads
• Must have strong customer service and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong technology/computer skills
• Ability to multitask and operate in high stress environments
• Self-starter, able to execute duties with minimum supervision
• Willingness to work with others, excel in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Order entry
• Scan driver paperwork, file driver paperwork according to date ranges
• Ensure all equipment is compliant with a focus on all safety areas and supporting paperwork
• Work closely with dispatcher scheduling appointments
• Work to collect customer orders and process billing and purchase transportation
• Monitoring system for proper updates from drivers and confirming that proper paperwork has been uploaded
• Interact with multiple customers daily-written and verbal
