Job summary

The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine, Inc. is seeking an Intermittent Operations Manager to plan, schedule, design and carry out programs and projects.

You will provide weekly status reports to the Director of Operations and support studies on blast exposure effects on brain health in service members. The role focuses on data collection, reporting, and coordination with DoD components, with duties on military ranges and office settings.

Qualifications

• Significant analytical, organizational, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Thorough knowledge of DOD structure, training requirements and safety culture.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and multimedia platforms.

Responsibilities

• Gathers, develops and maintains data and communicates to leadership.
• Prepares and delivers reports and briefs to leadership and staff.
• Maintains history of program information using tracking/reporting software.
• Plans engagement with identified components and units' leadership and staff.
• Develops and executes implementation and data collection with units.
• Disseminates and stores data securely.
