The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine, Inc. (HJF) is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to oversee a collection of related projects supporting TBICoE in Silver Spring, MD.

The role guides project managers and staff to ensure alignment with the program's objectives. You will coordinate across sites, manage goals, milestones, risks, resources and budgets, and assist in planning, proposals and agreements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in health, business management or administrative related field.
  • Ten years of experience managing a similar requirement may be accepted in lieu of educational minimums.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience working with government agencies, contracting and program management.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as main point of contact and liaison between internal and external stakeholders (PI, Sponsors, leadership, PM teams).
  • Manage key program elements: goals and milestones, risks, resources, budgets, SOPs, quality control, results.
  • Supervise, advise and guide Project Managers and technical staff through the program lifecycle.
  • Support and participate in planning, creation and submission of proposals and agreements as requested.
