Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, IT, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise technologies (Windows Server, M365, Azure, VMware/Hyper-V, storage, backup, monitoring, automation).
- Experience serving as liaison between technical and business stakeholders for mission-critical systems.
Responsibilities
- Administers and supports enterprise infrastructure components to ensure reliable and highly available operations.
- Acts as technical service owner and primary liaison for assigned technologies, coordinating with ITS teams and vendors.
- Provides on-call support and responds to technology needs across campus, including remote campuses.
- Maintains documentation, automation, monitoring, and disaster recovery procedures.
