Although the candidate will receive support and assistance, they must have the knowledge and experience to manage and move pending cases forward independently. The candidate will also be expected to litigate claims and take them to trial when necessary. They preferably have one to three years of personal injury litigation experience with strong litigation skills, including discovery, conducting depositions, court appearances, and trial preparation background.
