Responsibilities

• Manage docket of personal injury litigation.
• File lawsuits and draft/answer discovery.
• Prepare clients for depositions, mediations, motion hearings, and trials.
• Evaluate claims with claims representatives.
• Collaborate with paralegals and legal secretaries to coordinate depositions and trials.
