Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an Intermediate Level Cook for Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay in Tampa, Florida. The role supports all kitchen operations and contributes to high-quality, timely guest service in a fast-paced hotel kitchen.

The candidate should have at least 2 years of line or banquet culinary experience, with a culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred. Must be able to work across multiple stations and maintain product consistency.

• In-depth knowledge of all kitchen operations.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume hotel kitchen.
• Able to work across multiple stations in the kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Monitor food production, quality and consistency daily.

An Intermediate Level Cook has In-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations. Capable of producing a consistent product to meet and exceed guests' needs in a timely manner. On a daily basis must monitor food production, quality and consistency.Intermediate Level Cooks must be able to work in all areas of the kitchen and operate fast-paced working environment.
