Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay is seeking an Intermediate Level Cook to join the Culinary team in Tampa, Florida. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food production, quality and consistency in a fast-paced kitchen environment, and you must be able to work across all stations.

The role requires at least 2 years of line or banquet culinary experience and a culinary degree or related hotel experience.

Formación

• Good Communication skills required.
• At least 2 years of previous line and or hotel banquet culinary operation experience preferred.
• Previous experience in banquet preparation operation preferred.
• Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred.
• Able to work most stations of the kitchen.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor food production, quality and consistency on a daily basis.
• Produce a consistent product to meet and exceed guests' needs in a timely manner.
• Must be able to work in all areas of the kitchen and operate in a fast-paced environment.
