Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate quantity and material take-offs from plans and specs.
• Enter take-offs and unit pricing for estimates.
• Coordinate pricing with vendors and suppliers for basic elements of the project.
• Develop budgets and purchasing plans with minimal oversight from senior staff.
• Support conceptual estimating and develop basic models for review.
