Job summary

Gundersen Health System seeks a detail‑oriented Business Intelligence Developer to transform complex data into meaningful insights for finance and the organization. You will design and maintain dashboards, partner with stakeholders, and document technical specifications to enable ad hoc reporting and decision support.

The ideal candidate has experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, R, and Databricks, plus familiarity with Epic tools and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, R, and Databricks.
• Familiarity with Epic tools: Healthy Planet, Cogito Tools, SlicerDicer.
• Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) a plus.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Immigration sponsorship (e.g., H-1B) not available for this position.
