Job summary

Engage Partners Inc. is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to join the Data and Advanced Analytics team in Wisconsin. You will deliver BI solutions using Epic data sources, dashboards, and automated reports to support caregivers and business partners.

You will collaborate with SMEs to define analytic requirements, maintain metadata, and help advance analytics across the organization with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Collaborate with data consumers to understand needs and deliver actionable analytics.
• Experience with BI tooling and data visualization to present insights clearly.
• Ability to work with both structured and unstructured data to produce reports.

Responsibilities

• Understand needs of data consumers with SMEs.
• Maintain Analytics Catalog and metadata records.
• Configure Epic content for analytics applications.
• Meet with caregivers to define analytic requirements.
• Model business problems and discover insights using statistical methods.
• Evaluate BI tools and coordinate configurations with IT teams.
• Support BI solutions of basic to intermediate complexity.
