Job summary

Geisinger is seeking an Intermediate BI Developer to turn data into clear dashboards and reports. You will leverage BI tools, data structures, and programming to enable data-driven decisions across the organization.

You will work with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop self-service reports, and present findings to non-technical audiences. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on quality and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in Databricks, Tableau, Epic, and EHR systems.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 6 years relevant experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Consults with stakeholders to gather project requirements and define scope.
• Collaborates with internal partners to design and develop reporting solutions and routine analytic studies.
• Plans projects and requests completion tasks; provides time and effort estimates.
• Develops, validates, and executes queries; designs and builds reports/dashboards.
• Presents analysis and reports to internal customers and stakeholders; ensures data-driven recommendations.
