Health is seeking a skilled backend developer to join our Benefits Administration team, building and maintaining the platforms that empower millions of Canadian employees to access health and welfare benefits. You will own tickets end-to-end, implement secure, maintainable code, and contribute to production deployments in a fast-paced agile environment.
The role focuses on C# and .NET 4.8, T-SQL, APIs, and database design in SQL Server, with collaboration across stakeholders and QA.

Our Benefits Administration team is the backbone of how millions of Canadians access and manage their employee benefits. We maintain and evolve the platforms that serve some of Canada's large enterprises. Every day, our team configures customized benefits packages, processes client requests, and ensures seamless benefit experiences for millions of employees across the country.
We manage two platforms: Powerflex, our legacy system that powers critical client configurations, and ABL (Area Benefits LifeWorks), our modern, next-generation platform architecting the future of benefits administration. You'll work across both, maintaining stability in our proven systems while architecting the innovations that define tomorrow's platform.
