• Ability to create photo-realistic renderings with Enscape and AI-driven tools.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interface with client throughout design phase.
• Oversee design team and manage project deliverables.
• Develop space plans, test-fits, and schematic concepts.
• Coordinate design development with consultants and project team.
• Prepare and review design documentation and budget analyses.
• Visit sites to verify design intent and assist in construction bids.
