• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead site surveys and documentation.
• Prepare budget scope drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate technical aspects with the design team and consultants.
• Produce full construction documentation with detailing and specifications.
• Review shop drawings, submittals and respond to RFIs.
• Attend weekly project meetings and manage revisions and addenda.
