Job summary

You will serve as a primary contact for financial professionals, synthesize performance data into actionable recommendations, and collaborate across desk and field teams to inform coverage and engagement strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Client-facing experience and commitment to client service.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses or the ability to obtain within six months.

Responsibilities

• Support intermediary sales teams with analytical insights, coordination, and client engagement.
• Analyze performance and client activity to identify trends and opportunities.
• Act as primary contact for inbound calls from financial professionals and triage requests.
• Develop knowledge of products, marketing strategies, and capital markets to support sales teams.
• Assist digital-focused advisors through outbound calls and campaigns.
• Build strong relationships across desk and field sales teams for information sharing.
