Responsibilities

Serve as a first point of contact for clients seeking guidance on investing, retirement planning, education savings, and account-related questions.
Build relationships with clients by understanding their goals, needs, and financial priorities.

Educate clients on investment offerings, retirement plans, and financial planning resources.
Help retain and grow client relationships through exceptional service and proactive outreach.

Collaborate with internal partners to ensure clients receive the right support and solutions.
