T. Rowe Price is seeking an Associate Sales Consultant for Workplace in Owings Mills, MD. The role focuses on servicing and deepening participant relationships, providing retirement guidance, and guiding clients toward suitable investment solutions.

You will work with a Financial Consultant to deliver enhanced consultations and drive sales targets. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree, 0+ years of relevant experience, and be prepared to obtain Series 7 and 66 licenses.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 0+ years of total relevant work experience.
• Series 7 and 66 licenses to be obtained within designated window per the Global Distribution licensing policy.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the initial point of contact for inbound participant service requests and respond to investment, mutual fund, and account information inquiries.
• Identify and qualify participants to be referred to a high-value Financial Consultant.
• Demonstrate a consultative approach to understand needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Retain assets through education on plan-specific and general distribution options.
• Meet defined sales targets and participate in special projects.
