Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management and applying related regulations and policies.
• Ability to perform data extracts and detailed analysis on complex data sets.
• Understanding intermediary financial operations environment (broker dealer, bank, or insurer).
• Familiarity with process management and improvement techniques (lean, Six Sigma).

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and execute new intermediary contracts with internal teams and partners.
• Onboard new intermediaries after contract completion.
• Process intermediary invoices and ensure payments meet contractual terms and timelines.
• Provide oversight of intermediary operations and compliance with contracts and governing documents.
