Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Willingness to obtain securities licenses (Series 7, 66, 63, 65).
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide service coverage for FA/PWA/team; support client relationships.
• Execute money movement transactions per client/FA/PWA request.
• Answer general non-investment questions about accounts; relay balances and positions.
• Enter profile information/docs in clerical capacity as directed.
• Educate/enroll clients in digital tools (MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization).
• Assist FAs/PWAs/teams with research for portfolio holdings and reports.
• Assist with data entry for new accounts and financial planning needs.
• Support marketing efforts and website maintenance.
• Stay current on policies and new platforms; participate in training.
