Job summary

CrossCountry Freight Solutions is seeking an Interline Payable Specialist in a role based near Denver, CO. You will ensure Interline and Agent partners are paid accurately and on time, reconciling invoices and performing routine accounts payable tasks with precision.

The position supports a growing network of partners and may be remote. You will interact with internal teams to maintain current aging, resolve discrepancies, and uphold financial controls while contributing to smooth payer

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Able to follow instructions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable using accounting software and related programs.
• Handle accounts payable for Interline and Agent partners.
• Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing partners.
• Ensure invoices are paid on time and in accordance with procedures.
• Process transactions and perform routine accounting duties such as entries and reconciliations.
