Job summary

CrossCountry Freight Solutions is seeking an Interline Payable Specialist to ensure partner payments to Interline and Agent partners are processed accurately and on time. You will verify invoices, reconcile accounts, and maintain strong relationships with carriers while supporting accounts payable operations.

The role requires detail orientation, strong Excel skills, and clear communication. Remote work possible; located near listed U.S.

Qualifications

• Must have strong organization, time management, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform highly detailed work accurately and with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general accounting practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable for Interline and Agent partners.
• Verify, process, and reconcile invoices in a timely manner.
• Maintain relationships with new and existing partners to ensure timely payments.
• Adhere to departmental procedures and process aging and open balances.
• Perform general accounting duties such as account maintenance and entries.
• Communicate professionally with partners and internal teams.
