Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of interlibrary loan/document delivery experience in an academic setting.
• Knowledge of copyright law, licensing and consortial borrowing/lending agreements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Interlibrary Loan, Document Delivery and LINK+ operations to meet patron research needs.
• Supervise one full-time staff member and several student assistants.
• Maintain and improve operational policies and procedures for resource sharing.
• Monitor service quality and productivity; report on key metrics and benchmarks.
