Responsibilities

• Directs interlibrary loan, document delivery, and LINK+ services to meet patron needs.
• Supervises one full-time staff member and multiple student workers.
• Maintains policies, workflows, and service quality across resource sharing.
• Coordinates with Law Library and other departments to ensure smooth processing.
• Maintains statistics and participates in library assessment efforts.
