Michael Page is seeking a Superintendent - Interiors/Infrastructure in Beltsville, MD to oversee day-to-day field operations on commercial interior and infrastructure projects. This role offers the opportunity to manage smaller projects while developing under experienced senior leadership on larger, high-profile assignments.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of construction experience in leadership roles, with strong coordination of subcontractors, safety practices, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience in a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or field leadership role.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects, interiors or tenant improvement work.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, quality control, and safety practices.
• Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and maintain project timelines.
• Knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and applicable building codes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with project teams, clients, and trade partners.
• Desire to grow professionally and take ownership of increasingly complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trade partners, and material deliveries to maintain project momentum.
• Monitor construction quality and verify work aligns with project drawings, specifications, and building codes.
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture through site inspections, meetings, and compliance initiatives.
• Maintain daily reports, manpower tracking, progress updates, and schedule documentation.
• Support project turnover by managing punch list activities and closeout requirements.
• Coordinate inspections and facilitate prompt resolution of any deficiencies or corrective actions.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and field updates with project management and site leadership.
• Mentor and support junior field personnel while helping build a collaborative team environment.
