Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction experience in a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or field leadership role.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and hold teams to schedules and expectations.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Proactive, can-do attitude with collaborative mindset.
• Local to the Charlotte, NC market.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations on commercial interior and tenant improvement projects.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure work is safe, efficient, and high quality.
• Drive project schedules and identify solutions to keep projects on track and within budget.
• Partner with Project Managers throughout all phases of construction.
• Conduct site walks, monitor progress, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Enforce jobsite standards, requirements, and company expectations.
• Build positive relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Represent the company professionally on and off the jobsite.
• Support project delivery in a collaborative environment where team members contribute across areas.
