Cityscape Recruitment USA seeks an experienced Interiors Renovation Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial interior renovation and tenant improvement projects in the Northern Virginia market. You will manage subcontractors, schedule, safety, and quality while coordinating with project managers, clients, and architects; a proven track record and strong leadership are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent managing commercial interior renovation projects.
• Experience delivering tenant improvements, office renovations, and commercial interiors projects.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities from project start through completion.
• Manage daily field operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to high quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Manage interior renovation projects including tenant improvements, office renovations, and occupied-space construction.
• Develop and maintain project schedules in collaboration with the project management team.
• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Lead subcontractor meetings and coordinate project logistics.
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively to minimize schedule impacts.
• Maintain strong communication with project managers, clients, architects, and consultants.
• Foster a positive jobsite culture built on teamwork, accountability, and professionalism.
