Known for strong client relationships, repeat business, and an employee-first culture, this company is seeking an experienced Interiors Renovation Superintendent to join its growing team.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site construction activities from project start through completion.
- Manage daily field operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
- Manage interior renovation projects including tenant improvements, office renovations, and occupied-space construction.
- Develop and maintain project schedules in collaboration with the project management team.
- Conduct daily site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Lead subcontractor meetings and coordinate project logistics.
- Identify and resolve field issues proactively to minimize schedule impacts.
- Maintain strong communication with project managers, clients, architects, and consultants.
- Foster a positive jobsite culture built on teamwork, accountability, and professionalism.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent managing commercial interior renovation projects.
- Proven experience delivering tenant improvements, office renovations, and commercial interiors projects.
- Strong understanding of commercial construction methods, sequencing, scheduling, and safety requirements.
- Experience managing multiple subcontractors and coordinating complex field operations.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
