Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent managing commercial interior renovation projects.
  • Experience delivering tenant improvements, office renovations, and commercial interiors projects.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities from project start through completion.
  • Manage daily field operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to high quality standards.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
  • Manage interior renovation projects including tenant improvements, office renovations, and occupied-space construction.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules in collaboration with the project management team.
  • Conduct daily site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
  • Lead subcontractor meetings and coordinate project logistics.
  • Identify and resolve field issues proactively to minimize schedule impacts.
  • Maintain strong communication with project managers, clients, architects, and consultants.
  • Foster a positive jobsite culture built on teamwork, accountability, and professionalism.
