Intent Design Pvt. The role requires an engineering background in electrical/mechatronics and hands-on radar design, testing, and data tools, with travel up to 10% for national and international assignments.

Qualifications

• Engineering background in electrical/mechatronics or embedded systems.
• Experience with radar sensor design, calibration and performance measurement.
• Understanding In-Cabin Radar systems.
• Radar system testing and validation experience.
• Able to work with hardware, scripts and datasets.
• Structured, detail-oriented testing and documentation.
• Proficient with Windows CLI, CSV/JSON/Excel data handling, and basic Python.
• Willing to travel nationally and internationally (<10% international).

Responsibilities

• Master the radar system and act as technical reference for teams, suppliers and customers.
• Plan and execute radar integration testing and validation.
• Manage data collection in vehicles, labs and calibration chambers.
• Run software performance and KPI validation on PC and embedded targets.
• Generate concepts to improve product performance and KPI.
• Support sensor and antenna calibration, including vehicle integration.
• Flash firmware, ML models and config data onto hardware.
• Prepare customer demonstrations (setup, execution, data capture).
• Reproduce issues and support root-cause analysis.
• Run regression tests after software/model/config updates.
• Operate and improve data collection, visualization and instrumentation tools.
• Track and document test cases, corner cases and validation results.
• Maintain test setups, fixtures, procedures and calibration documentation.
• Support supplier collaboration and internal training.
