Job summary

CP Build is seeking a results-oriented Project Manager to lead interior finishes construction projects from award to closeout. You will coordinate schedules, budgets, materials, installers, and customer relations, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and quality that meets CP Build standards.

The candidate will work with field and office teams, manage multiple projects, and own the financial performance of assigned projects while maintaining strong partnerships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field or equivalent
• 2+ years of project management/construction coordination experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
• Proficiency with MS Office and construction tools

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects through the full lifecycle
• Own contract requirements including schedules, storage, site constraints and payments
• Monitor schedules and achieve milestones
• Coordinate shop drawings with clients and manufacturers
• Procure materials and manage delivery and installation timelines
• Complete closeout documentation and processes
• Maintain site visits for progress and quality checks
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders consistently
• Identify and resolve project issues and improve margins
