Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in project management or construction coordination.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and construction documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from award through closeout, ensuring on-time delivery and within budget.
• Coordinate schedules, procurement, site constraints, and payment terms.
• Monitor progress, host meetings, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Oversee documentation, warranties, and closeout processes.
