Job summary

ERCO Ceilings & Interiors is seeking a Project Manager to oversee interior projects from post-sale handoff to final billing. You will coordinate with Sales, Estimating, Procurement, Dispatch, and Accounting to ensure scope, materials, labor, and timelines align with financial goals and customer expectations.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in project management and a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, construction management, or civil engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, or civil engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years project management experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
• Knowledge of standard commercial construction practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle projects from post-sale handoff through completion and final billing.
• Serve as primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and validate project scope, timelines, materials, and risks.
• Coordinate with Sales and Estimating when needed.
• Initiate customer contact within 24 hours of assignment.
• Plan procurement activities and manage change orders.
