Job summary

Eastern Kentucky University seeks an Interior Finisher II for the Richmond Campus to perform initial construction and repairs of floors, walls, and ceilings using materials such as ceramic, plaster, drywall, paint, caulk, VCT, LVT, and carpet. Work with the Craft Foreman and Structural Supervisor to complete tasks safely and on time.

Minimum qualifications: High School Diploma or GED; 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination; valid state driver's license.

Job Summary/Basic Functions

An EKU Interior Finisher Tech II completes the initial constructionand repairs of university floors, walls, and ceilings. An InteriorFinisher Tech II will have knowledge and abilities to work withvarious finish materials such as ceramic, plaster, drywall, paint,caulk, VCT, LVT, carpet, etc. This position will work closely withthe Craft Foreman and Structural Supervisor to complete work ordersassigned in a quality, timely, and safe manner.
