Job summary

Eastern Kentucky University is seeking a Specialist, Grounds Zone to support the Grounds Zone Foreperson in maintaining grounds across the Richmond Campus. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to perform a variety of outdoor maintenance tasks.

You will work a full-time schedule (40+ hours) under supervision, ensuring high standards of campus upkeep and safety. Prior grounds experience preferred; HS diploma or GED required; this is a non-exempt position.

Job Summary/Basic Functions

A Grounds Zone Specialist assists the Grounds Zone Foreperson in overseeing and ensuring completion of assigned grounds maintenance and operational tasks and includes performance of various tasks as required to maintain a high level of care inside assigned zone.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Experience: One year related experience
