Eastern Kentucky University seeks a Student Worker to support the Office of the Registrar with clerical tasks, record maintenance, and form processing at the Richmond Campus. This 20-hour-per-week role runs during regular business hours (8am–4:30pm) and requires enrollment at EKU with a minimum 3.5 GPA.
Responsibilities include filing, scanning, and other office duties, plus assisting with graduation-related tasks such as Grad Fest and inventory of honor stoles.

This position operates within The Office of the Registrar and is an integral part of assisting with office duties. The student worker will help maintain accurate records, process various forms and engage in projects that revolve around helping students. Applicants must be available to work during office hours 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday. Applicants must have an EKU GPA of 3.5.
Licensure & Certifications: Must be enrolled at EKU
This position requires a person who is organized, detail oriented and a good time manager. Self motivation, dependability, punctuality and success at meeting deadlines are necessary. People skills, computer literacy and effective verbal and written communication skills are desired.
