Perkins&Will in New York is seeking an interior designer to contribute to complex projects by translating client needs into coordinated design solutions. You will help prepare contract documents, space planning, and client presentations while integrating living design principles, codes, and sustainability standards.

Qualifications

• LEED GA within 6 months of hire.
• Professional Accreditation in Living Design: LEED AP, WELL AP, SITES AP or equivalent.
• Preparing for NCIDQ.
• Bachelor's degree in interiors/architecture or related discipline required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to contract documents, floor plans, details, ceiling plans, mill work, furniture layouts, finish plans.
• Assist in creating presentation materials and models for client presentations.
• Coordinate with partners and consultants across disciplines.
• Develop graphic communication to illustrate design concepts.
• Participate in design reviews, charettes and pin-ups.
• Maintain alignment with project budgets, schedules and sustainability goals.
