Job summary
Perkins&Will in Minneapolis seeks an Interior Designer II to contribute to complex projects with strong client collaboration. You will prepare contract documents, layouts, and finish plans, with participation in design reviews and charettes. A foundation in BIM, Revit, and Rhino supports scalable design development.
3–5+ years of experience and licensure targets are encouraged, with pay equity and inclusive culture emphasized in the firm’s Minneapolis operation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in interiors, architecture or related discipline.
- LEED GA within 6 months of hire.
- Preparation for NCIDQ and related certifications encouraged.
- 3–5+ years of interior design experience.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to firm and project goals in interior design and living design.
- Prepare contract documents including floor plans and details.
- Create presentation materials and client models.
- Coordinate with partners and consultants and participate in design reviews.
- Develop graphic communication to illustrate concepts.
