Perkins & Will in New York seeks a design professional skilled in interior architecture and branding to contribute to diverse projects. You will support teams with concept development, plan diagrams, and client presentations while coordinating with consultants and maintaining schedules.

The role emphasizes collaboration, ongoing learning, and a hybrid work model, with a strong focus on design excellence, documentation, and client storytelling across living design disciplines.

Qualifications

• A degree in interior design, architecture, graphic design, or related discipline is required.
• LEED GA within 6 months of hire.
• Professional accreditation in Living Design (e.g., LEED AP, WELL AP, SITES AP, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Advise on project goals and standards of excellence in design and execution.
• Apply branding concepts across interior architecture and graphics elements.
• Prepare design plans, strategies, color plans, and schedules.
• Develop plan diagrams, sections, and elevations.
• Create presentation materials and client models.
• Participate in site analysis and field measurements.
• Coordinate with partners and consultants.
