Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in interior engineering or related area.
• BS in Engineering or related field required.
• Advanced NX CAD modeling and experience with Teamcenter/TcVis are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop highly integrated interior subsystems to address packaging challenges.
• Collaborate with Vehicle Architecture, Studio Styling, and Release teams to define design criteria.
• Apply DFSS and design-thinking to balance cost, mass, timing, and assembly constraints.
• Ensure interior architectures meet safety, occupant accommodations, and accessibility requirements.
• Contribute to cross-functional meetings to resolve technical challenges.
