Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create, refine, and finalize engineering criteria with design partners for interior components.
• Lead development of integrated engineering solutions to resolve packaging issues while maintaining design aesthetics.
• Use physical and mathematical models to evaluate alternatives and support design decisions.
• Apply DFSS methodologies to balance cost, mass, timing, assembly, and tolerance requirements.
• Develop space claims and packaging solutions that maximize space utilization and meet customer needs.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and drive issue resolution for assigned areas.
