The role emphasizes strong product knowledge, guest service, and teamwork to meet revenue targets in a fast-paced retail environment in Los Angeles, CA. Training and certification in interior design are required or supported.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (A.A./A.S.) in interior design or equivalent.
• 1–2 years experience in customer service, retail, or furniture store environment.
• Must have or be able to complete interior design certification and use design software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests and execute sales through the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model.
• Determine guests’ design goals and project requirements.
• Provide design advice, product knowledge and recommendations.
