Staff Financial Group is seeking a Project Manager with expertise in interior construction to oversee project execution. The role involves coordinating with clients and subcontractors, managing schedules, budgets, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage risks effectively. A base salary along with benefits including a vehicle allowance and 401 K match is offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Display strong time management and decision-making skills.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications.
• Proficient in Procore, and other estimating software preferred.
• Required: Commercial construction interior experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.
• Prepare financial forecasts.
• Prepare schedules and ensure schedules are adhered to.
• Manage RFI process and submittal process.
• Prepare job meeting agendas.
• Approve pay applications and invoices from subcontractors.
• Review drawing changes to determine impact.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed on job site.
