Job summary

AlphaGov in Bentonville, Arkansas, seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial interior construction projects from award to handover. You will manage finish trades such as drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, and flooring on multiple sites.

You will develop schedules and budgets, review drawings, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and lead progress meetings. Travel to jobsites will be required to support project success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in commercial interior construction
• Experience managing interior finish trades (drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, flooring)
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs, contracts, and scopes of work
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project or similar CM software

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial interior construction projects from planning to closeout
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and resources
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and trade scopes to confirm requirements
• Coordinate with clients, general contractors, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel
• Monitor labor productivity, material costs, and change orders to maintain profitability
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, purchase orders, invoices, and project records
• Oversee material sourcing, purchasing, and delivery schedules
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality
• Lead progress meetings and communicate status and risks to clients and teams
• Coordinate transition from estimating to operations and document budgets and scopes
• Evaluate scope changes and manage their cost impact
• Oversee final inspections, punch lists, and project closeout
