Job summary

AlphaGov is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead commercial interior projects, including drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, flooring, and finish trades. The role oversees mobilization through project closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality adherence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in commercial interior construction.
• Experience with drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, flooring, or related interior finishes.
• Ability to read drawings, contracts, specs and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial interior projects from mobilization to closeout.
• Develop and monitor schedules, budgets, procurement timelines, and staffing.
• Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers for execution.
• Track costs, change orders, and profitability.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, purchase orders, and project records.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with contractual requirements.
