Our client has been a trusted name in Arkansas commercial construction for over 45 years. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Little Rock. They specialize in delivering high-quality commercial (office, financial), institutional (higher ed, justice), municipal, aviation, religious, hospitality and retail projects with a focus on integrity, safety, and client satisfaction.

Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field staff to deliver successful outcomes.
• Manage contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong professional relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).
• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience required.
• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, scheduling, and cost management.
• Proficiency with project management software (Procore experience a plus).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
