Job summary

Stratus in Elmhurst, IL is hiring a Project Coordinator, Interior Branding to support the successful delivery of branded environment projects. You will help keep schedules, vendor activity, and communications organized from planning through closeout, collaborating with PM, Account Management, Design, field partners, and Accounting.

The role focuses on maintaining accuracy, aligning internal and external partners, and supporting closeout and invoicing processes across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or related role.
• Strong verbal and written communication across internal teams, customers, and partners.
• Excellent organization with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and changing priorities.
• Ability to read and understand basic floor plans and project documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; comfortable with ERP and client portal systems.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Management and Account Management to coordinate projects per guidelines, milestones, and budgets.
• Coordinate with Stratus vendors and field partners to gather updates, surveys, and site requirements.
• Track project schedules, milestones, approvals, deliverables, and action items across locations; escalate delays.
• Obtain preliminary surveys, floor plans, brand books, mockups, and other project documentation for design and approvals.
• Assist with routing artwork and site details for review while maintaining records of decisions.
• Maintain timely and accurate project information in client portals, reporting tools, and Stratus systems.
• Support communications among customers, Project Management, field partners, and internal teams; assist in closeout and invoicing prep.
