Stratus in Elmhurst, IL is seeking a Project Manager focused on interior and exterior signage and marketing elements. This onsite, full-time role requires coordinating with nationwide vendors to keep projects on time and budget, across multiple locations.

You will handle client communications, plan projects, review surveys, approvals, and finalize reporting and invoicing. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in signage, strong MS Office skills, and proven ability to manage milestones and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to read and understand basic floor plans.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
• 3+ years in the signage industry.
• 3+ years in managing milestones and deadlines.
• 3+ years successfully working within a project schedule and/or budget in sign industry.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Work with Account Management on customer guidelines and expectations for awarded projects, budgets, and vendor planning.
• Project Execution: Obtain surveys, get client approvals, coordinate with vendors, document completion photos, close out projects, and send invoicing information to accounting.
